If you’re just beginning your journey into singing, have been a choral vocalist at your school or church with some knowledge of your vocal abilities, or are a public performer for small venues looking to keep your voice strong and healthy, Lexa would be happy to help you with whatever you want to achieve with vocal coaching! 30 minutes lessons are $45, which occur one-to-two times per week (as decided by Lexa and the student/the student’s guardian, if applicable); one-hour lessons are also available for $80 per hour. Interested in learning how to play the piano or writing your own songs? Or are you looking for a teacher to keep your piano skills growing and your interest in piano going? Lexa will be more than happy to work with you in her studio, at Music & Arts in Frederick, Maryland, or in some cases, in your home (dependent upon access to a piano) to meet your goals! 30-minute lessons start at $40, and occur one-to-two times per week, depending upon student need; hour-long lessons are also available once a week for $75 an hour. For intermediate to advanced actors (16 and older) who are interested to improve their skills before acceptance into college, university, or more advanced performance roles in later high school (junior and senior years), college, and beyond! Lexa will work with you on projection, facial expressions, dynamics, crying on command, pitch modulation, and more. Small groups will be accepted, as long as the group contains no more than 10 students. Rates for dramatics and theatre coaching vary - please ask about group rates for small groups. For individual sessions, one hour dramatics coaching is available for $60 per hour, and should occur one-to-two times per week during the course of the summer, a show rehearsal, or before attending college/university! Alexandra has been booking private events in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New York for approximately 28 years.
